All orders require at least 24 business-day hours for processing before being shipped, Monday-Friday. Orders containing a TASER device will require an adult 21+ signature on delivery.
Once your order has been released from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Please note that it will take up to 12 hours to process in the UPS system and generate an estimated delivery date.

If you are shipping an order to a city or state with restrictions, please allow extra time for processing as background checks or additional requirements may delay shipping.
