No. However, the batteries are user replaceable and provide enough energy for many uses!
The battery for the TASER Pulse+ device can have a lifespan for approximately 50- 30 second firings and/or up to one year. However, this is also dependent on other factors such as:
- Temperature
- Environment
- Storage location and/or the way it is stored
- Other factors including amount and length of triggering with or without a cartridge
The Pulse+ Battery Pack is NOT available for purchase on our website, as it contains a battery pack that should remain with the device. The Pulse+ uses two replaceable CR123 batteries, found in most places batteries are sold.
- Please be sure to Use Duracell or Panasonic batteries, as mentioned in the TASER Pulse+ User Guide found on our website: Pulse+ Training Page
- We do not recommend using RCR123A batteries or any other rechargeable batteries, as this may impact effectiveness
A video on how to replace the batteries inside the Pulse+ Battery Pack can be found here: Replace Pulse+ Batteries
If you have replaced the batteries using the instructions within this video link above and still experience issues or have more questions regarding the availability of this accessory, please email team@taser.com and provide proof of purchase for a TASER Pulse+ device and image of your device with the existing battery pack so we can further assist with next steps.
